Shipping Policy:

Please allow 1-2 Business days for your order to be processed 

for shipping. 

PLEASE NOTE:

Yout should receive your order in however many 

business days that the shipping you selected 

takes after the order is shipped. This does not include 1-2 day

processing  time. We are not responsible for delays made on the 

shipping carriers Part.

A Return and Refund policy:

Envy accepts items that have not been worn, damage, or altered.

Packages can be returned within two weeks after receive date, you 

will receive store credit.

Defective Items:

If you have a defective item(s) please contact us within 5 days 

of receiving your order. If we are not notified within 5 days

the item(s) will no longer be excepted for return. Please 

attach a photo of the item(s) when emailing us. We are not 

responsible if the item(s) are damaged. 

Exchanges:

must receive 15 days of package delivery. 

Gift Return:

Please contact us so we can discuss exchanging item(s) for

the right size of product.
